When Jonah convinces his dad to get his old band from the Seventies back together, they record a new song in their basement. Then Jonah emails that song to his friends, pretending not to know who recorded it. After one of them sends it to a local radio station, pretending it’s his band, things take a very strange turn.

And this is the song that started it all, "Every Little Bit Hurts".

But wait, it’s a real song. So, where did it come from? Here’s the real the story. Many years ago, in a galaxy far, far… okay, skip that. It was written and recorded by some friends of mine that were in a band called the RAVES. If you want to learn more about them, visit my blog page. I’ve always thought it was a really cool song, and should have been a hit, so I decided to make it one in Overnight Sensation.
